Cancellations

We do understand if clients are unwell or have other commitments, but please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to rearrange an appointment. We reserve the right to charge for non-attendance or where cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. A tolerance policy of ‘first-time missed appointment’ is practiced, meaning that that client is only liable to pay £50, rather than the whole session fee for their first missed appointment. Missed appointments thereafter will be charged at the full session rate.

Payments Policy

Payments are accepted by bank transfer. Payments must be received within 14 days of the appointment and failure to do so will result in future appointments being refused.
